Latest HHS rule updates the Common Rule Provisions for medical research

New rule from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and fifteen other departments and agencies will update common rules and provisions for securing people participating in medical research.
Significantly, the rule modifies the Common Rule provisions of protection that have been in force since the year of 1991
