MU veteran Genevieve Morris Join Hands with ONC

The ONC (Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information technology) has appointed Genevieve Morris as the principal deputy national coordinator at the organization of ONC. The role might be new but Genevieve Morris already has a major working relationship with the agency.

Morris held several posts since the year of September 2011 at consulting firm Audacious Inquiry before this new ONC position, which has involves research and consulting work to support ONC.
Reports had been generated by her to the agency supporting the State Health Information Exchange Program, consumer engagement in information exchange and assisted establish the Shared Nationwide Interoperability Roadmap.
Genevieve Morris also established test procedures and data for meaningful use (MU) and advancing care information calculations that support the health information technology certification program. The health IT framework for the Alternative Payment Models program has also been developed by her.
